SUBSTANCE: claimed blower comprises the outer housing with air inlet and air outlet and the impeller encased body. Said encased impeller develops the airflow in the channel extending through the impeller body from air inlet to air outlet. The impeller drive motor is arranged in the housing coupled with the impeller body. Foamed ring seal is fitted between the impeller body and the seat to prevent the air leaks between the impeller body and the case. Multiple resilient supports are fitted between the impeller body and the seat to decrease the load at the ring seal.

EFFECT: higher safety, airtight seal between the impeller body and the base.
