FIELD: bioengineering.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for introduction of the strain of microorganism Azotobacter vinelandii strain D-08 in substratum prepared by molasses dissolving by the distilled water to concentration 7 or 10% with further cultivation at temperature 28-30°C for 72 hours in the thermostatically controlled shaker at 250 rpm.
EFFECT: invention ensures simplification of the method of levana producing, increased dynamic viscosity of the finished product.
