SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of three-layer structures made of composite material and can be used in the interior of modern passenger aircraft for the manufacture of interior panels. Method of manufacturing a curved three-layer composite panel includes a sequential calculation of the layers of the prepreg on the rectilinear forming tool separately for the bottom casing with a honeycomb core and the top casing, press thermoforming at 140 °C, pressure 0–60 MPa, holding for 40 minutes and cooling to 80 °C, repressing, subsequent laying on a curvilinear forming tooling of the bottom layer of plating with a honeycomb filler, with preliminary cuts of the honeycomb filler along the bending line, filling the voids with a polymer filler, if necessary, to increase the strength at the fold, laying the top layer of the casing on the honeycomb filler with the adhesive side obtained by preliminary applying the resin on a rough surface, fixing the workpiece with a heat-resistant tape and then placing it in a vacuum bag, curing when the temperature rises to 70 °C with a speed of 1–3 °C/min under vacuum of 10 kPa, holding at 70 °C for 30 min, cooled to 60 °C with a speed of 5 °C/min and vacuum discharge when the temperature reaches 60 °C, followed by repressing.

EFFECT: invention provides the manufacturability of the production process, as well as improving the quality of the appearance of curvilinear three-layer honeycomb panels.
