FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of epoxy binder for structural polymer composite materials based on fibrous fillers with energy-efficient modes of hardening, which can be used in aviation, machine- and auto- and shipbuilding industries. Epoxy binder contains, wt%: epoxy resin based on bisphenol A 5.0-40.0; polyarylsulphone 0.5-10.0; latent curing agent is dicyandiamide 2.0-6.0; hardener 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulphone 0.5-8.0; accelerator is asymmetrically disubstituted urea 0.3-1.2; epoxyozazolidon resin 43.2-83.3. For producing epoxyozazolidon resin is used, wt%: epoxy resin based on bisphenol A 82.60-97.00; polyisocyanate 2.90-16.50; catalyst 0.01-0.40; active diluent 0.11-0.50. Disclosed is prepreg containing said epoxy binder, fibre filler with following ratio, wt%: epoxy binder 30.0-50.0, fibrous filler 50.0-70.0. Article is obtained by automated laying of prepreg with subsequent prepreg vacuum or vacuum pressure moulding.
EFFECT: invention enables to make prepregs, which are suitable for manual automated laying for production of articles from polymer composite materials with high level of maintaining physical and mechanical properties (strength during interlayer shift) materials with high operating temperature of up to 100 °C.
