SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave engineering and is intended for relaying a high-frequency signal of a booster rocket telemetry system to a ground measuring station. The antenna cap is in the form of a metal housing with radar-absorbent plates, in which a communication element with adjusting elements is structurally mounted. The communication element is a vertical "wave channel" type antenna - a travelling-wave director antenna in the form of a row of parallel linear electric dipoles.
EFFECT: high transmitted power.
