SUBSTANCE: video system includes a sensor with a superhemispheric lens and a matrix of detectors, a unit of processing of received images and a facility of display for processed images. The matrix detector operates with the speed of video signal transmission and contains L×C pixels, where L and C > 2000, besides, each pixel uses double correlated sample and provides for conversion of charge into voltage, and 2C parallelized elements of analogue-digital conversion, each comprising the first analogue-digital converter (ADC), having at the outlet the low level and high amplification ratio, and the second ADC, having at the outlet the high level and low amplification ratio. The focus distance of the lens is adjusted depending on the angle of altitude and to the maximum in equatorial plane. The lens has numerical aperture in the range from 0.9 to 1.6. A unit of processing includes a facility for correction of irregularities, a facility for weighted summation of several adjacent pixels and a facility for matching and compression of a received image.
EFFECT: increased view sector, resolving power and speed, provision of continuous observation during day/night time.
