SUBSTANCE: optoelectronic system (14) for a platform includes: support (26) made with the possibility of rotation around first axis (Y1), wherein support (26) defines inner space (30); optoelectronic head (24) for observation of a part of the environment surrounding the platform, wherein optoelectronic head (24) is mounted with the possibility of rotation around second axis (X2) perpendicular to first axis (Y1); observation device (28) with a hemispherical viewing area, including sensor (52) with optical system (72) having at least a hemispherical viewing area, wherein sensor (52) is made with the possibility of obtaining images of a part of the environment surrounding the platform, and computer (54) for processing images obtained by sensor (52), while computer (54) is located in inner space (30), and sensor (52) is fixed to support (26), wherein computer (54) is made with the possibility of issuing information on the detection of moving targets, warning information on the detection of laser irradiation, and information on the detection of rocket launch.
EFFECT: obtaining an optoelectronic system for observation.
