SUBSTANCE: panoramic video surveillance method is disclosed. The method comprises the remote selection of a panorama portion for video surveillance, forming a video image thereof with a required zoom-in and transmitting the said video image for remote surveillance. Selection of the panorama portion for video surveillance and formation of a video image thereof with the required zoom-in is carried out via the dynamic formation of pairs of holographic lenses which are arranged in series and directed towards the panorama portion selected for video surveillance.
EFFECT: enabling simultaneous independent panoramic video surveillance of different panorama portions with different zoom-in by multiple operators.
