COMPLEX FOR OPTICAL VIDEO SURVEILLANCE, DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF OBJECTS BASED ON MACHINE VISION FOR SEA AND RIVER VESSELS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G08G3/02 B63B43/18

Abstract RU 2816392 C1

FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical vision systems for ship traffic control systems and is intended for equipping ship control systems, as well as sea autonomous surface vessels in order to increase safety level. Disclosed is a complex for optical video surveillance, detection and identification of objects, comprising at least one stationary optical system and a rotary optical system, in which the rotary optical system is a scanning system with a constant focal distance, which is rotatable through 360 degrees to provide a full view with a frequency of not less than 1 Hz. At least one fixed optical system includes at least one television camera with constant focal distance and at least one thermal imaging camera. Stationary optical system and scanning system are each equipped with mini-computer with technical vision with software installed in it.

EFFECT: increased viewing angle, higher probability of detection, recognition and identification of objects simultaneously.
