FIELD: printing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inkjet printing. In particular, the invention relates to process for control of composition of atmosphere where inks are set during printing with setting by radiation. The printer contains the gas source implemented with a possibility of supply of oxygen and providing non-reactionary gas for the passivating gas, the area of priming coating containing, at least, one printing head for application of priming coating by the method of inkjet printing. The passivation area containing, at least, one applicator of the passivating gas and, at least, one source of lighting and the named source of the passivating gas of the controllable purity is interconnected by fluid medium with the named, at least, one applicator of the passivating gas. The controller implemented with a possibility of control of level of oxygen and level of non-reactionary gas for change of composition of the passivating gas supplied by the named gas source, and the printer containing the series line printing assembly containing the printing head for application of priming coat, the passivating gas applicator, the setting area implemented with a possibility of lighting, the printing head for application of top coating and the transport system for consecutive transportation of the base through the named series line printing assembly in such a way that the named base is consistently processed by ink of the priming coating, with the passivating gas atmosphere, setting by lighting from the setting area and ink of the top coating. The gas source is connected by fluid medium with the named passivating gas applicator, and the passivating gas is supplied to the named series line printing assembly by means of the named passivating gas applicator.
EFFECT: controller is implemented with a possibility of control of level of oxygen and level of non-reactionary gas in the composition of the named passivating gas for supply of oxygen by means of the named passivating gas applicator in the range of concentrations which allows to provide both sufficient distribution of ink of top coating, and interlayered adhesion between the named inks of the priming coating and inks of the top coating.
