FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves a supravascular blood irradiation combined with a blood flow recovery in common iliac arteries after a temporary occlusion thereof. The irradiation bilaterally covers an area, wherein a great saphenous vein ends into a femoral one. Irradiation power varies from 20 mW to 30 mW and continues for 25-30 minutes.
EFFECT: method ensures preventing endogenous intoxication following a temporary intraoperative occlusion of common iliac veins, by neutralising endotoxins in the venous blood outflowing from lower extremities.
