SUBSTANCE: one should carry out preoperational studying of peripheral blood and, additionally, it is necessary to investigate the blood out of affected limb, moreover, both in peripheral and regional blood one should detect the content of endothelin-1 (ET-1), calculate the ratio of ET-1 level in blood of affected limb against the level of ET-1 in peripheral blood and according to this ratio value being below 1 the prediction for saving the limb is considered to favorable.
