SUBSTANCE: femoral artery is cut in its bifurcation area, followed by loop endarterectomy of the iliac or femoral artery. At that, loop endarterectomy of the iliac or femoral artery is performed under X-ray control. A site of the large saphenous vein is selected. After that, the femoral artery is restored with femoroprofundoplasty, while performing the femoroprofundoplasty, the inflow or part of the large saphenous vein is retained, and through this site an entrance is formed for introducer installation. Then, one-stage revascularization of the aorto-femoral and femoral-typhoid segments of the lower limbs arteries is carried out by endovascular balloon angioplasty, as well as stenting in proximal and distal directions on the natural arterial blood flow.

EFFECT: method allows one-stage revascularization of the aorto-femoral and femoral-thibial segments of the lower limbs arteries, to reduce the risk of early postoperative complications, intraoperatively detect possible artery wall perforation throughout its length without additional puncture, and to reduce the traumatism of operation.
