FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: tubular work pieces are formed from flat disk work pieces by moulding of conic work pieces with the angle 60° and 30°. From the third transition the cone shaping with an angle 1° - 5° with the application of the load to the work piece bottom. On the last transition the calibration of cylindrical work piece is performed. Then by machining the ready adapter is made.
EFFECT: improvement of quality of ready bimetallic adapter due to decrease of tensions.
