FIELD: metallurgy industry; methods of manufacture of the equiflush equiwall products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to metal forming and is intended for usage in the branches of the national economy, where the pipelines joints made out of the heterogeneous metals are applied. The invention provides, that the equiflush and equiwall details are produced from the bimetal material in the form of the flat blank, from which then they turn the plate-shaped semi-finished product with the thickness of the bottom exceeding the thickness of its wall and with the protruding bulge on the outer side of the bottom. Then exercise the multi-transitional draw-forming with the intermediate annealings. In the process of the draw-forming the semi-finished product is put into shape of the funnel. Then on the section adjacent to the open butt form the cylindrical string. The rest part of the semi-finished product is put into shape of the cone. The thickness of the bottom of the plate-shaped semi-finished product can exceed the wall thickness by the value making from 0.5 mm up to 0.8 mm. After the draw-forming the semi-finished product is subjected to machining. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the field of the product application due to manufacture of the products with an extending section at one of the pipe butts and the improvement of their quality.
