SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns a method for determining the presence or level or at least one anti-TNFα drug antibody isotype in a sample, which involves bringing the labelled anti-TNFα drug in contact with a sample to form the labelled complexes between the labelled anti-TNFα drug and each autoantibody isotype; exposing the labelled complexes to ion-exclusion chromatography to separate the labelled complexes; and detecting the labelled complexes. The group of inventions also concerns a method for determining the presence or level of at least one anti-TNFα drug antibody isotype in a sample, which involves bringing the labelled anti-TNFα drug and one or more labelled anti-lg antibodies specific to various antibody isotopes in contact with the sample.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides eliminating the necessity to perform washing procedure to remove low-affinity HACA and HAHA; reducing serum background and noise; reducing a probability of any epitope changes when attached to a solid surface similar to ELISA trays.
