SUBSTANCE: group of inventions involves an oral care appliance and an oral care device comprising the above appliance; it refers to medical equipment and aims at oral cleansing. The oral care appliance comprises a body, a movable functional element, a fixing member and a shaft. The fixing member is fixedly attached to the body. The fixing functional element is built in the body. The shaft is supported by the fixing member. The functional element is configured to rotate around the shaft, whereas the fixing member is extended through a notch or recess formed in the functional element or optionally in a bearing element of the functional element; the functional element is prevented from pulling out of the body towards the longitudinal length of the shaft.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to improve the function of the functional element fixation by enabling its damage-free removal from the body.
