SUBSTANCE: disclosed are tin-containing catalysts containing a compound of formula I, where: L1, L2, L3 and L4, each, is independently selected from -O-, -S-, -OC(=O)-, -OC(=S)-, -SC(=O)-, -SC(=S)-, -OS(=O)2O-, -OS(=O)2-, -N(R6)- and -OP(=O)(R6)-, where R6 is hydrogen or a monovalent aliphatic, araliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic group having up to 20 carbon atoms, which can optionally contain one or more heteroatoms, selected from a group consisting of oxygen, sulphur and nitrogen; R1, R2, R3, R1', R2' and R3', each independently represents a divalent aliphatic, araliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic group having up to 20 carbon atoms, which can optionally contain one or more heteroatoms selected from a group consisting of oxygen, sulphur and nitrogen; and R4, R5, R4' and R5', each independently is hydrogen or a monovalent residue formed by reacting a corresponding NH group with isocyanate, an ethylenically unsaturated compound, lactone, dilonate, thiolactone, lactam, thiolactam, carboxylic acid or its derivative or epoxide. Also disclosed are curable compositions containing said catalysts, a method of controlling rate of hardening of curable compositions and coating on a substrate.
EFFECT: technical result is increased period of viability of composition, increased rate of reaction after application without adverse effect on period of viability.
