FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the manufacture of composite materials for interior decoration of cars. A reaction mixture for the manufacture of polyisocyanurate-containing foam material with a density in the range of 50-500 kg/m3 includes polyisocyanate, isocyanate-reactive, and catalyst compositions, as well as a foaming agent. The reaction mixture has an isocyanate index of at least 200. The catalyst composition includes at least 50 wt.% of a trimerization catalyst. The isocyanate-reactive composition includes 0.1-30 wt.% of polyol with molecular weight of less than 200 g/mol. The foaming agent contains at least 50 mol.% of water per the total molar amount of all foaming agents. A method for the production of polyisocyanurate-containing rigid foam material, polyisocyanurate-containing material, the use of polyisocyanurate-containing, and composite material are also proposed.

EFFECT: increase in time between mixing of components and transition to creamy mass, while saving a capability of a reaction mixture of fast curing.
