METHOD FOR TRANSMISSION OF SERVICE ORDERS THROUGH PERSONAL MOBILE DEVICE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H05B37/02 H04W64/00 H04W4/02 G06Q30/02

Abstract RU 2575164 C2

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of control of light sources, namely to transmission by means of light of information related to service orders. The personal mobile electronic communication device transmits the first signal for indication of location and the second signal corresponding to a service order, and the processor identifies an approximate location of the personal mobile electronic communication device. The communication network accepts the named signals from the personal mobile electronic communication device and transmits the command for lighting to a light controller which in response controls lighting near the personal mobile electronic communication device by means of individually operated lighting fixtures in a light network so that lighting near the personal mobile electronic communication device visually indicates the service order.

EFFECT: possibility to transmit remotely, without personal contact, to personnel a service order from a client whose location is designated by illumination.
