SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting control. Mobile computing device when receiving an input signal, indicating the adjustment of the necessary light characteristic for the light effect sensed by the light sensor of the mobile computing device, identifies one or more LED lighting modules that contribute to the perceived light effect. Then, the mobile computing device generates, for wireless transmission to one or more contributing LED lighting modules, the command formed to initialize the implementation of the contributing LED lighting modules to adjust the necessary light characteristic.
EFFECT: simplifying the lighting control process for the user by automatically selecting LED lighting modules that contribute to the adjustable light effect.
