FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in casing of the safety membrane device a breaking element and bellows drive are installed, the drive includes rod, bellows, spring-loaded lock mechanism of disengaging type. The breaking element is made in form of the membrane assembly comprising the fixed part tightly connected with casing and movable part in form of sleeve having in the side part the longitudinal slots and cylindrical knife surface in the bottom part. The fixed and movable parts are connected by ring shaped membrane. At the opposite to the membrane end the both parts are made interacting with each other by means of the cone collar of the sleeve, and internal cone surface of the fixed part. To the bottom plane of the sleeve bottom the limiter is secured with axial clearance in relation to the bottom end of the bottom thread bushing of the fixed part of the membrane assembly. The lock bushing is inserted in the internal boring of the sleeve. The kinematic link of the rod and lock bushing is ensured due to pins installation in the bushing, the pins enter the rod slot. The axial clearance between the ends of the rod and lock bushing exceeds the rod stroke necessary for the bellows drive activation.
EFFECT: invention ensures the membrane unloading from action of the medium pressure of the protected system.
