SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises the means for measurement of air mass flow rate at the intake pipe, engine crankshaft rpm meter and engine control pedal with its position transducer. It comprises the throttle electric drive with its position transducer connected to throttle position control signal generation unit (17) connected with the unit (16) for determination of the magnitude of mismatch between measured and tabulated magnitude of cyclic air flow rate. Said throttle position control signal generation unit (17) is connected to the unit (13) of the throttle preset basic position signal generation.
EFFECT: compensation for negative influence of turbo compressor operating mode variation lag at acceleration to dynamic characteristics, precise operation of control system.
