FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating bridges used for passing of rolling stock, wheel and caterpillar machinery at the destruction or reconstruction of capital bridges through wide and deep water barriers. A river unit of the floating railway bridge consists of boat units from pontoons fastened among themselves in the longitudinal and transversal directions with deck and bottom coupling devices. The links are installed across the stream flow. The pontoons of the boat units have waterways for passing of casual subjects floating from the upstream side of the flow.
