FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: railway bogie (1) comprises the chassis (2), mounted axle (4) to spin relative to said chassis and equipped with the wheels (8) at its both extensions. The brake (12) arranged under the chassis to reciprocate relative thereto between the retracted position and the braking position. This brake comprises one thrust element (20) displacing jointly therewith. The part is fitted on the axle to limit the thrust surface (22) located between the wheels, said thrust element resting on the thrust surface when said brake stays at the braking position.
EFFECT: adaptation of the brake for use on the mounted axle irrespective of the type of axle boxes.
