SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of request and making a general reconfiguration of the radio interface as well as to the base station and user equipment. Method of request for general reconfiguration of the radio interface that shall be carried out by every member of the group of user equipments from the set of user equipments supported by the base station in a wireless communication system, multicarrier, comprising: determining the general reconfiguration of the radio interface that shall be carried out by every member of the group of user equipments; general reconfiguration of the radio interface is encoded in the payload field of command of a high speed shared control channel (HS-SCCH); encoding a designation in HS-SCCH command, the designation is to associate this HS-SCCH command with a group of user equipments, and transmitting the HS-SCCH command to the set of user equipments supported by the base station.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the time required to perform reconfiguration, and to minimize the amount of the resources used.
