FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to processing of wastes, application of dry-crushed material and insulating material. In compliance with claimed process, wastes of cellulose or polymer sheet production with anti-adhesive coating are collected. Then, collected material is mixed, foreign bodies are removed to feed the collected material into dry crushing unit. One or several units of dry grinding are used for dry crushing to minor lumps, preferably, to strips of average length of 5-30 mm, more preferably, 7-20 mm, most preferably, 10-15 mm. Cellulose or polymer sheets with anti-adhesion coating consist of the substrates for securing of self-adhesive labels or films.
EFFECT: higher quality of wastes processing.
