FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this invention, tire material is selectively removed with the help of multiple direct address instructions. The latter include the removal parameters for discrete removal segments at specific angular positions around the tire bead. The direct address instructions are generated by the analysis of a required removal stencil for tire bead. Then, the removal device is controlled for selective tire material removal in discrete removal segments at identified addresses in compliance with the direct address instructions to ensure the required stencil of removal in one or more strips along the tire bead per one pass of removal device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing of tires.
