FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tire surface abrasive processing. Proposed device comprises case, handle and two abrasive tools driven in opposite directions, each of the latter being provided with turn axis extending across this device. Said elements are located at definite lateral distance relative to each other and to this device. Each of said two elements has abrasive surface confined by at least one OD and extending axially relative to said turn axis. Every abrasive element comprises shaft with processing element fitted thereon. Note that every shaft is driven by motive force source. Signal of every pickup arranged at definite position along abrasive element drive system is received to measure turn speed.
EFFECT: perfected and simplified processing.
