SUBSTANCE: for motor start control, motor stator windings are connected phase-by-phase. First, two stator windings are connected to the network linear voltage with the control angle equal to the load phase angle during the connection time. Then, the stator third winding is connected with the control angle equal to the load phase angle during the connection interval.
