FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for stomal application contains bag, containing front wall and back wall, inlet hole for excretions, located in back wall to make it possible for excretions from stoma to get into bag, ventilation hole for release of gas from bag, and filtering construction, which contains first and second foil layers, restricting closed area. Filtering construction is fixed inside bag in such a way that each foil layer is in fact parallel to front and back bag wall. First foil layer faces back wall and second foil layer faces front bag wall. Filtering construction is provided with holes for input of gas, located in foil layer, and hole for output of gas in second foil layer, located on one line with ventilation hole. Closed area contains pre-filter. Quantity of holes for gas input is higher than 50, with said holes being provided both in first and in second foil layer. Method for reducing quantity of inflations, taking place in device for stomal application, which contains bag and filtering construction, containing first foil layer and second foil layer, restricting closed area. Closed area includes pre-filter, where multitude of holes for gas input are provided in foil layer, and hole for gas output is provided in second foil layer. Filtering construction is fixed inside bag in such a way that main part of filtering construction is loosely hung in bag. Method contains placement of device for stomal application around stoma. Method for increasing tine before development of inflation in device for stomal application, which contains bag and filtering construction, containing first foil layer and second foil layer, restricting closed area. Closed area includes pre-filter, where multitude of holes for gas input are provided in foil layer, and hole for gas output is provided in second foil layer. Filtering construction is fixed inside bag in such a way that main part of filtering construction is loosely hung in bag. Method contains placement of device for stomal application around stoma.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to prevent or reduce bag inflation.
