Adhesive substance, which does not irritate skin, is placed on proximal side of protective layer. Substrate represents one-piece substrate which makes it possible to cut out hole in desirable place before application. Peripheral device contains continuous adhesive ring for constant adhesive connection between continuous adhesive ring of peripheral device and distal side of protective layer of substrate.

EFFECT: user can adapt substrate in accordance with body orifices of irregular shape.
