SUBSTANCE: adhesive plate for the ostomy device comprises a proximal adhesive layer, a protective layer on the distal side of the adhesive layer, and a stoma receiving hole, a connection area for attachment of the receiving bag surrounding the opening at a radial distance, and releasing layer releasably provided for neutralizer on distal side of protective layer. Release layer is located at least on central part of protective layer. Central part is defined as a zone passing in radial direction from the hole edge to the connection zone. Stimulating device comprises a receiving bag and the above adhesive plate as per any of the previous paragraphs.

EFFECT: inventions provide prevention of negative effect on skin and/or adhesive substance by neutralization.
