SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, more specifically to a medical implant coated at least partially with an osteoinductive and/or osteoconductive coating layer of calcium phosphate, wherein an antibiotic ingredient, which is slowly or poorly soluble in an aqueous medium, covers the osteoinductive and/or osteoconductive coating layer in sections with in-between free gaps, on the osteoinductive and/or osteoconductive coating layer.
EFFECT: medical implants are installed in the body almost without any infection and with forming a tight connection to the bone.
