FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises turbulent burner fitted in the throat of furnace. The latter houses the converter arranged coaxially therein and consisting of cylindrical capsule made of heat-resistant material connected from the outer end of mixing chamber with gas pipe and steam pipe coaxially connected thereto. The capsule front part is located the flare area. The pipe made of heat-resistance material is arranged coaxially inside the capsule. Said pipe consists of the converted gas zone plugged from the outer end by conical bottom and communicated with primary air tangential elliptical pipes of converted gas discharge. Besides, it includes the reforming zones wherein the pipe is perforated and coated from inside and outside with nickel catalyst based on ceramic material. Note here that said tangential elliptical converted gas discharge pipes extend through the steam-water heating circular chamber. The latter is arranged between the capsule inner surface and the pipe inner surface, swirler vanes being fitted in the pipe inlet.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, non-polluting properties, simplified design.
