FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial and municipal power engineering and can be used at thermal electric power stations to reduced fuel consumption and environmental pollution. Proposed device comprises converter that includes shell with reaction pipes, burners and boiler furnace, reaction pipe walls being made from heat-resistance material. Two identical converters run in parallel to supply and discharge pipelines. Every shell of said converter accommodates reaction mix preparation chamber. Chamber ring incorporates gaseous fuel and water steam tangential branch pipes, while its top face communicates with reaction pipes. Every said pipe has, on its inlet, swirling impeller to generate turbulence zone, while pipe remaining surface, that represents a reforming zone, is coated with nickel catalyst on ceramic base. Top end of said reaction pipes is connected with blending chamber with its cover furnished with converted gas outlet branch pipe. Note here that circular combustion chamber is arranged above mixing chamber furnished with tangential burner and communicated with convective shaft, in its turn, communicated with circular manifold provided with fume gas branch pipe.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
