FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for obtaining vulcanised caoutchouc composition. Method includes the following stages: (A) stage of mixing S-(3-aminopropyl)thiosulphuric acid, which has average diameter (50%D) in the range from 10 to 100 mcm, caoutchouc component and filler, (B) stage of mixing mixed mixture, obtained at stage (A), sulphur component and vulcanisation accelerator and (C) stage of carrying out thermal processing for mixed mixture, obtained at stage (B). Sulphur component represents powder-like sulphur, precipitated sulphur, colloidal sulphur, insoluble sulphur and highly dispersible sulphur, and temperature of thermal processing at stage (C) is in the range from 120 to 180°C.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain vulcanised caoutchouc composition, where viscoelastic property was improved with simultaneous inhibition of disturbing technological stability of non-vulcanised caoutchouc composition.
