SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture process of rubber composition. Method for manufacture of rubber composition for tires comprising 100 pts. wt. of rubber component is described (A), comprising at least 80 % weight of styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber; filler (B), comprising from 80 to 130 pts. wt. of silicon dioxide, characterized in that specific surface area of adsorption of nitrogen ranges from at least 85 to less than 120 m2/g; from 5 to 15 pts. wt. of silane coupling agent (C); at least one component (D) selected from thiourea and diethylthiourea; and vulcanizer (E), method comprising kneading rubber composition on various stages, wherein kneading comprises first kneading step by kneading 100 parts by weight of rubber component (A), filler (B) comprising at least 80 parts by weight silicon dioxide, at least 2 parts by weight. silane coupling agent (C) and all or certain amount of at least one component (D), selected from thiourea and diethylthiourea; and second kneading step performed after first kneading step by kneading vulcanizer (E) and product obtained by kneading in first kneading step. Rubber composition for tires and tire containing tread are also described.
EFFECT: technical result: method of manufacturing composition suitable for manufacture of tires with high performance characteristics is provided.
