The technical result is achieved due to availability of at least one energy utilisation device made as capable of utilisation of energy arriving to an energy accumulation device above the specified limit, excessive energy arriving from an autonomous source of energy is sent to this device, which utilises excessive energy.

EFFECT: provision of energy utilisation, which is processed by an autonomous source of power supply, when an accumulator battery is almost fully charged.
