It comprises the textile material tensioner arranged between the adjacent labels. Note here that when soldering appliance solders the textile material to the labels said tensioner stretches the material to be cut. The plant for production of the pouch web comprises the above described device. Besides, it incorporates the feeder of labels to the holder bearing surface and the textile material feeder. The latter feeds said textile material over several labels retained on the holder bearing surface. Means for soldering of the labels and textile material are arranged at the holder as well as label and textile material feeders. Means for soldering of the labels or textile material to the web.
