FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: converter comprises a housing made of dielectric material with high thermal conductivity finned on opposite sides with the parallel fins forming grooves between them, reinforced inside with the contour reinforcement which consists of a thermionic cells. The thermionic converters are paired parallel wire segments made of different metals M1 and M2, isolated from each other in length with a thin layer of dielectric material, welded at the ends to each other, forming rows. The rows are arranged so that the left and right parts of the welded ends of wire segments with the welded ends are arranged in layers of dielectric material of parallel ribs parallel to their lateral surface without touching it. The middle parts of the wire segments are arranged in an array of the dielectric material of the housing. The rows are interconnected with jumpers. The outermost wire segments of the outermost rows are connected to the single-pole collectors of electrical charges, which in turn are connected to an electric battery. In the grooves between the ribs a grid is placed, made of a material with high thermal conductivity.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the converter.
