SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used to convert thermal energy into electrical energy. Compact thermoelectric generator comprising a housing closed by a removable cover made of a dielectric material with a high thermal conductivity, at the same time the housing is provided with an end hole and is rigidly connected to the nut in which the clamping bolt is located, the removable cover is provided at opposite ends with pole collectors, inside the body, in sequence starting from the end face with a clamping bolt, there is a pressure plate made of a strong dielectric material and parallel plates made of a dielectric material with a high thermal conductivity, the surfaces of each pair of plates are alternately covered with G-shaped stripes of foil of different metals M1 and M2, that form a thermionic element, each is connected with one other, forming a thermoelectric section, and when the housing is closed with a removable cover, the lower ends of the pole collectors are pressed against the upper ends of the extreme thermionic elements, tight connection of the upper and lower joints is achieved by rotating the clamping bolt moving the clamping plate or by installing an elastic element in the space between the end face of the casing and the clamping plate.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency, which is ensured by the compactness of the design, by reducing the consumption of metals M1 and M2, by simplifying the manufacture and by reducing the weight.
