FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the engine output controller. Claimed controller features control range wherein the engine outputs neither torque not braking moment with the engaged gear. Said device comprises the first control range (24) whereat the engine features the constant braking moment for vehicle braking. Besides, said device comprises the second control range (26) whereat the engine features the constant torque for vehicle acceleration. This process exploits the auxiliary means to define the third control range (28) located between said first control range (24) and second control range (26).
EFFECT: auxiliary means to define the preset working state whereat the engine outputs neither torque not braking moment with the engaged gear, or one type of auxiliary means that helps engine output control device is located in control range wherein the engine runs in the preset working state.
