FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: wires and shields at ends of both cables are peeled of at first from the surrounding shields. Then ends of both cables (1, 2) are connected one close to another and in parallel to each other so that their free ends are oriented in the same direction and fixed rigidly between each other. Wires of both cables (1, 2) at one side and their shields (7) at the other side are connected electrically and actively to each other by electric contact elements (8, 9) across their axial orientation, and both cable ends processed in this way at mounting of the power transmission line are placed together to cryostat case (10), which is streamlined at operation of the power transmission line by fluid cooling medium having insulating properties.
EFFECT: potential connection of two superconductive cables with lesser costs.
