FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement technology and relates to a single-photon video camera in the visible and infrared range based on a superconducting line. A single-photon video camera includes a cryogenic system consisting of a compressor, flexible helium lines, a cryo-cooler and a cryostat, inside which there is a single-photon matrix based on a superconducting line, consisting of a silicon substrate mounted on a holder, on which at least one photosensitive superconducting line is placed, as well as an optical an imaging system consisting of a lens and additional optical elements. Outside the cryogenic system is a system for recording and processing signals. The cryostat includes an evacuated casing, inside which a radiation shield is installed - the first stage casing. Inside the radiation shield - the cover of the first stage, there is a radiation shield - the cover of the second stage, while at least one holder with a single-photon matrix and a lens is located on the cold board of the second stage of the refrigerator inside the radiation shield - the cover of the second stage.

EFFECT: increasing the sensitivity of a single-photon video camera and the accuracy of setting the video image parameters, as well as improving the quality of a single-photon image.
