FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device with at least one superconducting cable (4) and with the first cryostat (K1) enveloping it for passage of the first cooling substance, which consists of at least one heat-insulated pipe (10) and which encloses free space throughout its length, in which the cable is located. Magnesium diboride is used as superconducting material, and liquid or gaseous substance cooled to the temperature of 39 K or less is used as the first cooling substance. The second cryostat (K2) is formed around the first cryostat (K1) coaxially to it and at some distance from it for passage of the second cooling substance, which consists of two pipes (12, 13) coaxial to each other and located at some distance from each other and enclosing heat insulation (14) between each other, and through which liquefied gas with temperature of 112 K or less is passed during operation of the device.
EFFECT: invention provides achievement of superconducting state of materials to the temperature of 39 K or less.
