SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermoelectric devices and to their fabrication. Essence of the invention: thermoelectric module (1), which spreads into longitudinal direction (9), with outer tube (2) and inner tube (3) placed inside the outer tube (2). The module comprises at least one first stripe-like structure (5) and one second stripe-like structure (7). The first stripe-like structure (5) starting from the first connection (6) at inner tube (3) and the second stripe-like structure (7) starting from the second connection (12) at outer tube (2) are spread in opposite directions (11) respectively, at an angle to the tube surface, thus forming overlap (10) partially. In overlap area (10) there is at least one pair of semiconductor elements (13).
EFFECT: improved heat stability and fatigue resistance of the thermoelectric module due to tolerance of heat expansion by certain components of this module.
