SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of thermoelectric power conversion. Essence of the invention: thermoelectrical module (1) has inner peripheral surface (2), axis (3) and outer peripheral surface (4). In direction of axis (3), between inner peripheral surface (2) and outer peripheral surface (4) there is multitude of semiconductor elements (5) with thermoelectrical material (6), which are interconnected by pairs. At least part of semiconductor elements (5) has at least one inner frame part (7). Inner frame parts (7) form inner intermittent peripheral surface (2). Inner peripheral surface (2) forms cold side (27) of thermoelectrical module (1). At inner intermittent peripheral surface (2) there is shell with unstable shape (14).
EFFECT: improved stability, efficiency factor, and simplified design.
