SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thermoelectric generator. Essence: thermoelectric device (1) includes one module (2) with the first base layer (3) and the second base layer (4), intermediate space (5) between the first base layer (3) and the second base layer (4), electrically insulating layer (6) on the first base layer (3) and the second base layer (4) on their side facing to intermediate space (5) and multiple semiconductor elements (7) alloyed with impurities of p-type and alloyed with impurities of n-type, which are located in alternating sequence in intermediate space (5) between electrically insulating layers (6) and electrically connected in turn to each other. At least some part of the semiconductor elements has an annular shape or a shape of an annular segment, and is connected to electrically insulating layer (6) with its inner side surface (9) and outer side surface (8) that is larger than inner side surface (9). Semiconductor elements (7) are electrically connected to each other on electrically insulating layer (6) with solder metal (10). Semiconductor elements (7) with different contact surfaces (15, 16) have equal current-transferring platforms.
EFFECT: providing similar transient resistances; reducing defectiveness.
