SUBSTANCE: claimed module (1) has cold side (2), hot side (3) and thermoelectric elements (4) arranged there between connected by electrically conducting webs to make a tubular device with external peripheral surface. Compressible heat conducting ply (5) is arranged between thermoelectric elements (4) and, at least, cold side (2) of hot side (3), on tubular device outer peripheral surface. Production of claimed module (1) comprises the calibration of outer pipe that makes the cold or hot side.
EFFECT: increased radial tolerances, prevented strain peaks at separate structural parts caused by calibration.
